ALTA happily invites you to the highly anticipated DIT panel, where we bring together the minds of a visionary Digital Imaging Technician Matthieu Straub and a skilled color grader Raoul Nadalet and delve into the artistry and technicality behind the filmmaking process in creating captivating visuals.
The panel will be hosted by DoP and Alta member Amandine Klee.

Topics include:
- Develop a firm understanding of the DIT role for TV and features Live Grading on set
- Developing “looks” with the DoP Colour science
- The liaison between the Production and Post-Production teams

This class is designed for people working alongside the DoP as well as Editors, DP's and Producers that want to gain further knowledge of On-Set (PrePost) Dailies workflow.

A little bit about our guest Matthieu Straub:

After beginning his career as an assistant operator, Matthieu worked for eight years at TSF.
There he met many directors of photography, and contributed to the establishment of innovative work chains from the very beginnings of digital cinema.

As a DIT, he has worked on many feature films of all sizes.

In 2014, he co-founded Be4Post, a post-production equipment rental company on location, and he is the co-founder of the French Association of DITs, ADIT.

Currently working for FilmLight Matthieu provides technical advice and practical assistance to FilmLight customers in France, and more widely in Europe.
